Kultura & Co. and Shua.Hart provides video production services, including but not limited to filming, editing, and post-production work. By engaging with our Website or Services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2.2. Any refunds for services rendered will be at the discretion of Kultura& Co. and Shua.Hart, based on the circumstances surrounding the request.

3.1. All content produced by Kultura & Co. and Shua.Hart, including but not limited to videos, graphics, and audio, are the intellectual property of Kultura & Co. and Shua.Hart unless otherwise stated.
3.2. Clients engaging with our services retain ownership of any material provided to us for use in their projects.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. Clients must provide clear instructions and materials necessary for the completion of their project.
4.2. Clients must ensure that they have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for any materials provided to Kultura & Co. and Shua.Hart.
5. Confidentiality
5.1. Kultura & Co. and Shua.Hart agrees to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared by the Client.
5.2. The Client agrees to keep confidential any trade secrets or proprietary information of Kultura & Co. and Shua.Hart.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Kultura & Co. and Shua.Hart will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.
7. Termination
7.1. Kultura & Co. and Shua.Hart reserves the right to terminate any project or agreement with a Client if there is a violation of these Terms or if the Client engages in behavior that is deemed inappropriate or unethical.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to These Terms
9.1. Kultura & Co. and Shua.Hart reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
